Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, we also know that sometimes you may need to return or cancel your purchased item.
Please read our terms and conditions before returning any product. Any product returned must be in resalable condition and include the original packing and documentation.

Return Authorization

Before an item can be returned, it must be authorized by a member of the Customer Service team, who will give you a ‘Return Authorization Number’ – any item returned without this will be refused by our warehouse, and will result in delays.

Packing For Return

For your returned item to reach us first ensure that the item is packed securely and that the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.
Please make sure to enclose the original invoice copy of the sales documents inside the box.
Our customer service team will provide you with the address to return the item. If you send the item to the wrong address, the item may be lost, or the return may be delayed.
In that case, we will not be responsible. And in case of any doubt contact our customer service.

Return of Specialist Products

As the procedures for refunding operations are specially considered for legal and health safety. This is important for your own safety and that of our courier service and for this procedure is followed. Also, the above procedures should be followed.

Right To Cancel

For any products bought on the website, you have a right to cancel without any reason whatsoever within 30 days after the day you received all goods/services from us.

To exercise the right to cancel email customer service [email protected] or call (401) 360-6079‬. We will need your Order number and contact information.

You must send the goods back to us, no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your canceled order. We shall aim to refund you within 14 days from such date or earlier if acceptable proof of delivery is provided.

Note, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary deliveries such as Same Day, Next Day, and Super Saver deliveries).
